Social Dance

Social Dance is when you learn dances like the cha cha and the bunny hop and more dances like that. You dance with a boy or a girl or just by yourself. It is a lot of fun. You work up to the end of the term to do the big night when you do all the dances like balls. When you are doing social dance you have to behave and dont be like yuck I dont want to touch them because if you do you will have to dance in frount of the hole house and dance and achally touch. You start by sitting down and then the boys come up to the girls and ask if they wont to dance. And dont worry because the girls have to say yes.

Short Storey

A taxi, an old enemy, and Valentine's Day.


It was the night before Valentines Day and I was getting ready for the big night, She was going out with her boyfriend. She got into the taxi to get to the beach. She got the beach and she saw her boyfriend and she went over to him. When they were walking down the beach she saw her old enemy walking down the beach too. She walked up to her and said "What are you doing here" she said "It Valentines day what do you think" "Oh well just stay away from me" "Fine with me" They waked off down the beach to the restaurant they were eating at. They had a seafood salad for dinner and a cocktail drink. Overal they had a really good night.

End of Term Review

Write an end of term review:

Select 5 title headings and write a paragraph for each. A paragraph is a minimum of 4 sentences.

PE:
This term in PE we mostly played doge ball and multi sport. Doge ball is a game that you split into teams and lie down. You have a line of balls in the middle of the room and when your teacher blows the whistle you get up and run for the ball and then try to hit the other team. In multi sport you line up one the sides of the court and the teacher calls out a sport like netball, soccer, basketball, doge ball or hockey. It is really fun and had a great time with my friends playing sport.

GYM:
After school for me I do Gym on a wednesday with Renee and Marieka we have lots of fun there. We get to learn how to do backwards walkovers and front walkovers and things like that. The things we do is the volt, tramp, floor and mini tramp. It is a lot of fun I have learnt a lot of thing such as how to do a twist jump on the mini tramp.

CHEERLEADING:
This Term I was abel to be in the cheerleading team. I started off just doing the after school classes and then I got picked to be in the argos team. So I went to that and ended up dropping our flyer but she is fine now and if you came in the top 3 then your team gets to go to the best of best. So we went to the best of best and it was great we didn't drop anyone so we came first. YAY!!!! And I might be going to the aims games for it too.YAY!!!

MATHS:
For maths this term we had lots of fun doing maintenance and doing maths as a group. I did problem solving is well. Problem is really hard for me and I always get like 2 or 3 right. We learnt how to find the mean, median, mode and range and also learnt how to do scatter plots.

School Boy Won From Court

The 16 year old boy that was forced to get a hair cut. He was off school for a few weeks because he had long hair. His name is Lucan Battison and he goes to St Johns Collage. He was sent to the court because he had long hair. At there school they have to where a school uniform so they need to have there own thing to have because the whole school has to where all the same clothes. There were 430 boys to consider when setting the rules. He asked the school if he could put it in a bun but the school said no.
